The 5 steps of
working with us
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
Don't worry if you don't have all the answers at this stage, we are here to help!
This is often carried out over the phone as an introduction and involves talking through your visions and needs, learning a bit more about each other and discussing your ideal timeline for your project. We can agree to work off architectural plans or proceed to booking a suitable time for us to come and measure your space.

Step 2 - Home Measure
This is a no-obligation home measure appointment where we will visit to view the space and record any dimensions, including accounting for extensions or walls being taken down. This step can be skipped if you are in the early stages of building or completing a significant renovation, where we can work off architect plans.
Step 3 - Design Consultation
The design consultation is where we will discuss the floor plans in detail with you, show you 3D images, check against samples and make any required amendments. We will always aim to provide your quotation during this appointment unless we have made significant alterations or you have a more complex project with a high amount of bespoke pieces, where it may take a little more time.
This appointment can be carried out in our design studio or in the comfort of your own home.
Step 4 - Ordering
When the design stage is completed, we will request a deposit to secure your order, release technical plans and allow us to carry out a survey with your chosen installer.
Once the survey is completed, we will proceed to creating your detailed order sign off pack to make sure we have got everything right for you, before pressing the button on your bespoke furniture!
Step 5 - Project Management
We project manage all of our clients orders and see them through until completion. This is the most rewarding part of the process for us and we love to be involved in the transformation, from checking off your delivery to completing a final snagging visit before signing off the project with our clients approval.
Sustainability
We reduce wastage as much as possible and will always try and find imaginative ways to utilise any waste product left over
from our client projects. We favour using natural materials and make every effort to minimise our environmental impact.
Local Suppliers
Where possible, we choose to work with other businesses based in Cornwall to support community growth. Where this is
not possible we will use UK-based companies.
Encouraging Individuality
We like to encourage our clients to design to their own taste and not to make decisions based solely on current trends.
This ensures your spaces will bring you joy long-term. We want to hear your ideas, no matter how wacky or wild you may
think they seem!
Honest Pricing
No promotions, just prices true to the value of the product and service. We do not inflate our prices for the purpose of
being able to show a discount. The only time you will see us offer an incentive will be when our suppliers introduce them, in which case, we will make these accessible to our clients.
Your Project
Less is more; we ensure our workload does not hinder the progression of your home improvement. We spend more time
on each individual project, giving your investment the time it deserves and ensuring it is finished to the highest standard.
